An Exhibit in the mall. It was just neat looking and I like dinosaurs.We went grocery shopping at Avenue Mall and it was so nice to go out. I had not been out of the house since Saturday. I love the start of Michaels week-ends as I know we will have fun going into Kuwait City. We walked around the mall to get some exercise before we did our grocery shopping as we knew it would be way to much to carry around the mall. One thing is for certain I am going to miss Avenue Mall when I go home. It is so big that no matter how many people it still does not seem to be crowded. Plus the people over here are much more polite in the mall. The food court here puts Lynnhavens to shame. Plus they are still adding eateries.
In Kuwait at this time is Hala February when the city and country is lite up with lights. Below is a brief description of this festival. So that was our day and until tomorrow I bid adieu.

The Hala February festival is an annual event that takes place in Kuwait during the month of February which is considered one of the distinct month in Kuwait as it coincides with Kuwait's National and Liberation Days. It is also a time when parched sands of the desert transform into a magical green carpet covered with blossoming, colourful flora. The arrival of migratory birds and seasonal animals during this time add further colour, elegance and beauty to the desert. Springtime is the tourists' season in Kuwait when visitors are especially welcomed for a month long celebrations of a cultural and entertainment extravaganza in response to popular demand for tourism and local populace. Many activities and festival are organized, special offers and discounts, daily prizes, musical parties, variety shows, cultural activities and folk arts are held. In addition, local and international level teams participate in sport activities.
